How it works

By capturing data from outside the home where the signal is strongest, our hybrid CPE solutions avoid signal loss from windows, walls, furniture, and other household items. When compared to an indoor CPE, our hybrid solution can achieve up to 2x increased downlink throughput.

Avoiding signal loss and therefore enhancing signal strength also results in up to 4x higher uplink throughput. This increase in network capacity allows more customers to be served per site, reducing the average cost per customer/household by eliminating the need to invest in more base stations and spectrum.

Unlocks New Customers

In some cases, houses located in areas far from a base station may not receive any 5G signal at all when a CPE is placed indoors. In these cases, placing the CPE on the outside and avoiding attenuation from the walls and windows of the building allows the signal to be received.
